These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'GTC') govern the use of the website and services of 123CREDIT GmbH (hereinafter '123CREDIT' or 'we'). By accessing our website and using our services, you accept these GTC in full.

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all users of the website www.123credit.ch and to all persons who submit a credit application through our platform. Deviating or supplementary conditions of the user are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Services

123CREDIT is a licensed credit broker under the Swiss Consumer Credit Act (KKG). We broker personal loans from CHF 4,000 to CHF 500,000 between borrowers and lenders. We are not a lender and do not grant credit ourselves. Our services include: • Provision of an online credit calculator • Acceptance and review of credit applications • Brokerage of suitable credit offers from partner banks • Advice on credit options Credit granting is subject to review and approval by the respective lender. A credit application does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Eligibility

To use our credit brokerage, you must meet the following requirements: • Minimum age of 18 years • Residence in Switzerland • Valid residence permit (Swiss citizen, Permit C, B or Ci) • Regular income from permanent employment or self-employment • No open debt collection proceedings or loss certificates Granting credit is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness of the consumer (Art. 3 UWG).

4. User Obligations

As a user of our website and services, you agree to: • Provide truthful and complete information • Only submit genuine and unaltered documents • Keep your access credentials confidential • Not misuse the website (e.g., automated queries, distribution of malware) • Not transmit content that violates applicable law In case of violation of these obligations, we reserve the right to block access to the website and reject credit applications.

5. Disclaimer

The content of our website has been created with the greatest care. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. The credit calculator provided on our website is for informational purposes only. Calculated values are non-binding and may differ from actual credit terms. 123CREDIT is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

The liability of 123CREDIT is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we are not liable for: • Decisions by lenders on the granting or rejection of credit • Delays in the processing of credit applications by third parties • Damages due to force majeure, system failures, or unauthorized access by third parties • Indirect damages or consequential damages of any kind Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, software) is protected by copyright and is the property of 123CREDIT GmbH or the respective rights holders. Any reproduction, distribution, editing, or other use beyond the narrow limits of copyright law requires prior written consent.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Granting credit is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness of the consumer (legal information pursuant to Art. 3 UWG).

Effective annual interest rate: 4.7%–9.95%. Representative example: Loan amount CHF 10,000, term 48 months, effective annual interest rate 7.9%, monthly instalment CHF 242.05, total cost CHF 11,618.40. Interest rates from 4.7% for homeowners. 123CREDIT GmbH is a licensed credit broker (not a lender) under the Consumer Credit Act (KKG).
